Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Contact existing and prospective customers.
- Obtain customer information and relevant data.
- Understand customer needs by asking questions.
- Resolve customer queries and issues related to products and services.
Qualifications:
- PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years), undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, and graduates from any stream are eligible.
- Freshers and candidates with prior relevant (BPO) and non-relevant experience are welcome.
- Master graduates must have at least 1 year of experience in the BPO sector.
Salary Range:
- Voice: ₹2.9 LPA - 4.0 LPA (Incentives and Goodies)
