Job Description:
As a Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Chat Process, you will provide excellent customer service and focus on sales and upselling. You will be the first contact for customers reaching out via chat, helping them with their needs and encouraging them to buy products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming chats in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Address customer objections and concerns with empathy to close sales.
- Document all interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a chat environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
