Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service through calls.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per productivity standards.
- Build client knowledge to resolve issues in the first conversation.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time, and Customer Effort.
- Maintain internal service attendance and accountability policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for customer resolutions.
- Identify and support operational improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, B.Sc & B.Sc IT (Except Stats, Math's Hons, and Eco Hons).
- Age limit: Up to 31 years.
- Education gap should not exceed 4 years after graduation.
- Candidates must currently reside in Delhi NCR or Gurgaon.
- Undergraduates or those pursuing graduation are not eligible.
Work Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0-29 months).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts (shift timings: 5:30 pm - 5:00 am, with Saturdays and Sundays off).
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
