Job Description

We are hiring for the Customer Support International Non-Voice Process for the world's largest e-commerce site. We welcome freshers and experienced candidates who want to build their careers in customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through chats.
  • Provide excellent communication and written support.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Location: Candidates must be in Chennai and within a 30 KM radius.
  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1-3 years of experience are welcome.
  • Education:
    • Minimum +2 / Diploma (3 years) / Graduates in any stream (no backlogs).

Work Schedule

  • Shifts: Rotational shifts with 2 days off per week.
  • Work Type: Work from Office.
