Walk-In Interview for the position of Customer Success Associate.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns.
- Support the customer success team effectively.
- Proficiency in English and one regional language (Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, or Gujarati) is required.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and process compliance.
- Must possess strong typing skills with speed and accuracy, ensuring minimal grammatical errors in written communication.
Desired Skills:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and one of the following languages: Telugu, Marathi, or Gujarati.
- English Proficiency: Good communication skills in English.
- Typing Speed: 25-30 words per minute with accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Undergraduate from any field.
Salary:
CTC: ₹23,000 - ₹27,000 (Based on language proficiency).
