We are inviting applications for the Order to Cash role, focusing on day-to-day operations and SLA management, including collection queries and customer coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Make collection calls to customers and handle invoice-related queries.
  • Manage cash application functions and complete DRR (Daily Receipt Reconciliation).
  • Resolve customer disputes and ensure reconciliation of customer accounts.
  • Validate and process credit or debit requests for customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any specialization (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.).
  • Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
  • B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, and MCA graduates are not eligible.
  • Must be comfortable working from the office and in the US night shift.
