Job Requirements:
- Flexible to work in night shifts
- Work from office only (cabs are not provided)
Candidate Must Have:
- Inbound International Voice Process Experience
- Excellent communication skills (able to communicate with US natives)
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions
Qualifications:
- 10+2, Diploma, or Graduate
- Minimum 6 months of BPO International Voice Experience required
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
