Role & Responsibilities:

  • Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of systems.
  • Hardware Troubleshooting.
  • Hardware & Networking.
  • OS: Windows & Outlook.
  • Assembling & Disassembling CPU.
  • Familiarity with Ticketing Tools.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 7 and above.
  • Client OS, Windows Server 2012, and later versions.
  • MS Office 365 Administration.
  • Remote support experience.
  • LAN/Wi-Fi configuration & support.
  • Hands-on experience with Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Scanner, and Wi-Fi Hardware.
  • MS Exchange troubleshooting.
  • Network patching (Data & Voice - Switch to Desk).
  • Creating reports and handling MIS activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with good communication skills are preferred.
