Job Description
Position Summary:
This role involves managing insurance claims. You will receive, investigate, and act on claims filed by insured customers. This includes multiple administrative and customer service tasks like reviewing, investigating, and adjusting claims if needed.

  • 0 - 1 year of experience in a BPO

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of US healthcare
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Awareness of telephonic etiquette and MS Office
  • Good typing and basic computer navigation skills
