Profile: Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue targets by cross-selling subscription-based financial products like Trading Software and Educational Products.
  • Train clients on trading strategies and using robotic trading software.
  • Deliver webinars and seminars on financial products.
  • Stay updated on stock market trends and product knowledge.
  • Conduct outbound cold calling for seminar and webinar invitations.
  • Speak continuously for a full day.
  • Travel extensively to branches and franchisees for seminars and training.
  • Bring innovative ideas to help achieve sales targets.
  • Manage one-on-one client meetings independently.

Skills Required:

  • Talkative and extroverted personality.
  • Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Graduate/Post-graduate in any stream.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and target-oriented.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Strong convincing and communication skills.

Added Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the stock market and NISM certification is a plus.
  • Ability to speak regional languages (Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Telugu, Malayalam) is preferred.
