Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who assists customers in resolving issues and provides proper website navigation.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues, following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Flexible working schedule; must be open to work on weekends.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed, especially during peak season around January.
  • Call IRS/State and customers to gather required information.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Master the use of company-specific software and tools for email and chat support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to established guidelines and processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective support.
  • Proficient in using a desktop computer system.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
  • Ability to navigate websites successfully.
  • Proficient knowledge of email applications.
  • Good typing skills (~28-30 wpm).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Good composition skills—ability to write grammatically correct, concise, and accurate responses.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different personalities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer support (Email and Chat) or freshers looking for a Customer Success Executive role.
  • Preferred background: Any graduate.

  • No WFH option; candidate should be from Hyderabad.
  • Shift: Rotational.
