Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Handle time-to-time assigned tasks based on department needs.
  • Interpret data, perform analysis, and suggest solutions for smooth functionality.
  • Manage customer escalations and complaints.
  • Support and cooperate with other service desks across processes.
  • Perform tasks assigned by a supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Undergraduate / Any Graduation (No BE/B.Tech).
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Experience: Freshers.
  • Skill Set: Customer Service Representative, International Voice Process, Good Communication Skills.
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only.

Job Location:
Uppal - NSL Arena SEZ, Hyderabad (Work from Office).

Shift Timings:
6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Fixed shift).

Note: One-way cab facility is provided for female employees only.

Working Days:
Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off).
