Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Address customer queries through calls.
  2. Assist in process improvements in the CRM team with Team Lead.
  3. Enhance customer experience by resolving issues promptly.
  4. Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  5. Suggest ways to promote products/services and improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner.
  7. Have thorough knowledge of products and services to respond to inquiries.
  8. Offer innovative suggestions to improve operational efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  2. Customer and team-oriented.
  3. Open to both freshers and experienced candidates (0-3 years).
  4. Work location: Candor Tech Space, Noida, Sector 135 (Delhi NCR).
  5. Undergraduate freshers are not eligible.
  6. Comfortable with working from the office and night shifts.
