Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Address customer queries through calls.
- Assist in process improvements in the CRM team with Team Lead.
- Enhance customer experience by resolving issues promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Suggest ways to promote products/services and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Have thorough knowledge of products and services to respond to inquiries.
- Offer innovative suggestions to improve operational efficiency.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer and team-oriented.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates (0-3 years).
- Work location: Candor Tech Space, Noida, Sector 135 (Delhi NCR).
- Undergraduate freshers are not eligible.
- Comfortable with working from the office and night shifts.
