Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate calls to US insurance companies to check the status of patient claims.
  • Ensure quality standards are met in all deliverables to clients.
  • Understand client requirements and project specifications.
  • Keep patient medical information accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain Excel files and reports as per company regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Freshers from Arts & Science / BE can apply (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 passouts).
  • Good command of English.
  • Comfortable working night shifts.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work changes.
  • Basic computer skills required.
