Roles and Responsibilities:
- Calculate and collect payments for medical procedures and services.
- Update patient data, develop payment plans, and prepare invoices.
- Ensure patient medical information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Examine patient bills for accuracy and request any missing information.
- Maintain Excel sheets and reports as per company regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Freshers (Arts & Science / BE) can apply.
- Graduates from 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 are eligible.
- Good English communication skills.
- Typing skills: average of 30 WPM.
- Flexible and adaptable towards work.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use systems.
